March 10, 2007 - the company closes on its third round of financing, again extending its valued relationship with The Biltmore Bank of Arizona. This new round of financing supports continued growth for the company and provides working capital for expanding the company's revenue sources.

November 15, 2006 - TeleSys completes the first agency sale of Qwest's Hosted VoIP service known as OneFlex. This service replaces old switched phone hardware with encrypted voice and data network services managed for the customer in Qwest's super-secure data centers. Backed up by multiple layers of networked systems, this sale supports a multi-million dollar land development company in the southwest.

September 1, 2006 - we welcome Christopher Parsons, who joins TeleSys Communications as Vice President and General Manager. Chris will oversee all of the company's sales and operations responsibilities. He has a deep understanding of Qwest data and voice products, including VoIP and MPLS-based iQ networking, giving our clients direct access to vital information concerning Qwest's newest and most sophisticated products. His relationships with former Qwest colleagues ramps up our ability to provide unparalleled client support service.

August 1, 2005 - TeleSys Communications moves its offices in Denver from the Centennial Airport business park to downtown. Our new location is on the first floor at 1801 California Street in the heart of downtown Denver and gives us quick access to many customer offices as well as Qwest support facilities. This office and our Phoenix offices are being equipped with Qwest's new OneFlex voice over IP telephone service. Stop in for a demonstration. Long distance calls are on us.

March 3, 2005 - Following a successful deployment of new capital from its first financing package, TeleSys Communications closes its second round of financing with The Biltmore Bank of Arizona.  The package enables execution of the company's long-term business plan driven by 6 new sales and client support positions.

September 1, 2004 - TeleSys Communications Company opens a new location in Denver, Colorado.  The new offices, located adjacent to Centennial airport are expected to double the number of business and federal government accounts in Colorado and surrounding states in the first year of operations. 

July 30, 2004 - TeleSys Communications Company completes a new financing package with The Biltmore Bank of Arizona.  This line of credit permits the addition of new direct sales staff and the opening of an additional office.  Funds are also planned for new marketing efforts to grow the TeleSys customer base and make Qwest's new IP telephony services available to the more than 2,000 clients working with TeleSys around the country.

April 1, 2004 - Susan Barfoot joins TeleSys Communications Company.  Susan joins our company with more 25 years of telecommunications experience. Her career began at Mountain Bell Telephone Company, the precursor to US WEST where she worked in a variety of customer support and engineering positions including account assignment, field support, technical writing, and the switching control center. While at US WEST, Susan was ranked as a 5ESS Switch Engineer and earned the rigorous TEC-44 certificate enabling her to design complex customer applications.  She can be reached at (602) 788-6500, ext. 221.

June 17, 2003 - Gemma Companies acquires TeleSys, Inc.  Gemma Companies, a Scottsdale based firm specializing in valuation, due diligence and financial modeling, has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of TeleSys, Inc., a telecommunications sales and marketing firm founded in 1989.   The new company will change its name to TeleSys Communications Company.  Clayton Straub, a founder of TeleSys, Inc. will remain with the company to insure a smooth transition of client services.  Clayton has operated TeleSys for more than 10 years and has spent the last 7 years developing TeleSys into a leading member of the Qwest Business Partner Program.  He has developed long-standing relationships with Sun Health, the Veterans Administration Hospitals, Stewart Title, the FBI, Ritz Carlton Hotels, Scottsdale Insurance, the Federal District Courts, and many other leading U.S. businesses and governmental organizations.
