Routing is a Qwest network hosted contact center that enables incoming
calls to be routed utilizing skills based user managed business
rules. Calls can be routed to any agent, anywhere using Centrex,
PBX, analog, ISDN, POTS, cellular, IP telephony, or PC desktop phones.
Agents can be centralized or widely dispersed. Incoming calls are
held in the network and routed to the first available agent, no
matter where they are located - even at home. Q Routing eliminates
large capital outlays for call centers, reduces networking costs,
vastly improves responsiveness to customers, and eliminates technology
obsolescence.
